Functieomschrijving
For a well-known company with sites in Belgium, Spain, Canada, and France, we are looking for a Night Shift Operator for the site in Bredene.
As a OPERATOR NIGHTSHIFT in the Bredene region, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving deliveries of ingredients;
- Setting up, starting, operating, and changing over a production line;
- Ensuring a smooth handover between shifts;
- Monitoring production orders;
- Recording production data;
- Cleaning and maintaining the machines;
- Troubleshooting operational issues yourself and notifying the technical department in case of more complex technical failures;
- Assisting the packing team when required.
Profiel
As an OPERATOR NIGHTSHIFT in the Bredene region, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- You have a solid background as an operator;
- You are motivated to work in the food industry within a production environment;
- You are willing to work in a fixed night shift (21:00 – 05:00);
- You speak Dutch or English.

Aanbod
As a OPERATOR NIGHTSHIFT in the Bredene region, our client offers you:
- An attractive salary between €16.99 and €19.15 per hour (negotiable);
- Meal vouchers worth €10 per day after 65 working days;
- A 10% night shift premium;
- A full-time fixed night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM;
- A permanent contract after a positive evaluation;
- An end-of-year bonus and travel allowance;
- 12 additional paid ADV days, resulting in a total of 32 vacation days per year;
- A full-time contract (40 hours/week);
