Drive performance by improving processes, technology and manufacturing excellence

Do you enjoy optimizing production processes and turning technology into tangible results on the shop floor? At Beaulieu, we are looking for a Process Engineer (Fibres) who strengthens operations through engineering, automation and continuous improvement.

What you will do
As Process Engineer (Fibres), you act as a key specialist in process development, technology implementation and operational improvement. You translate technical knowledge into practical solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and support the evolution towards smart, data-driven operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing practical solutions and methodologies to improve operations
• Implementing and optimizing systems such as MES and data mining to ensure efficient, reliable processes
• Contributing to technology-driven projects
• Supporting production in preparation, process development and optimization to ensure stable quality
• Coordinating manufacturing requirements and conducting operational walkthroughs
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and applying them where relevant
