Senior Test & Test Environment (TTE) Lead
About the RoleAs a Senior Test & Test Environment (TTE) Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving the testing strategy for complex IT projects, ensuring high-quality, stable, and production-ready solutions.
Working closely with Business, Development, Infrastructure, Operations, and external partners, you will lead testing activities from planning through deployment while ensuring effective risk management and continuous quality improvement. You will also act as the technical reference for quality-related topics, including application, environment, and infrastructure issues.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the overall test strategy for medium to large-scale projects.
- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of all testing activities (SIT, UAT, regression, Alpha/Beta testing).
- Ensure test environments are ready and support successful testing and deployments.
- Coordinate production deployments and provide post-release support during the warranty period.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate testing and quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Investigate complex quality issues across applications, environments, integrations, and infrastructure, working with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for testing activities, quality issues, and escalations.
- Coach Test Analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and methodologies.

Your Profile
- Proven experience leading testing activities in complex IT environments.
- Strong expertise in test strategy, software quality assurance, and release management.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, test environments, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze end-to-end quality issues, including environment and infrastructure-related problems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
