You'll join a dynamic organization within the FMCG sector, where operational excellence and teamwork are key.
The site is extensive, meaning you'll progressively grow into the role.
Jobomschrijving
- Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings
- Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards
- Support administrative tracking and reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Coordinating and following up on on-site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.)
- Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access
- Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction
Profiel
- Experience in facility management or coordination
- Fluent in English, good level of Dutch, French is a plus
- Independent and proactive, yet a team player
- Social, service-oriented, and detail-focused
- Comfortable working on a large site with multiple stakeholders
