Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, planning, budget, quality, and deliverables.
- Establish and monitor KPIs while providing regular reporting to executive management.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
- Prepare and lead steering committees, project committees, and governance meetings.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure business objectives align with IT deliveries.
- Coach teams in Agile methodologies and stimulate self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support business-critical operations.
Profiel
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT project management experience within complex or critical environments.
- 8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS.
- 8+ years of knowledge in IT environments covering software development, architecture, and integration.
- 8+ years of experience with project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
- 8+ years of experience in risk management, budget control, and resource planning.
- You possess strong experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing parallel projects.
- You bring advanced skills in management reporting and communication with both technical teams and leadership.
- You're recognized for your leadership, decision-making capabilities, and conflict resolution skills.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
