What Will You Do?
* Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations.
* Work closely with colleagues and provide support during busy periods.
* Manage and monitor inventory and stock orders.
* Prepare ingredients and perform mise-en-place duties.
* Apply fundamental and professional cooking techniques.
* Contribute ideas for menu development, recipe improvements, and preparation methods.
* Take responsibility for inventory management and ordering supplies.
* Provide technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants.
Profiel
* You are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* You are passionate, creative, and detail-oriented.
* You are flexible and able to perform well under pressure.
* You have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
* You have an MBO Level 3 diploma or equivalent vocational qualification/work experience.
* You have demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
