As the Packaging Department Supervisor, you take the lead over several production lines where meat products are prepared and packaged. You maintain a clear overview, guide your team and actively participate on the production floor. Thanks to your commitment, production, quality and safety are managed efficiently every day.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of 12 to 15 operators and production employees on the shop floor.

• Ensure the smooth operation of several packaging lines.

• Monitor the production planning and make adjustments where necessary.

• Actively participate in the production process: packaging, quality checks and making adjustments.

• Monitor and guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards.

• Resolve minor technical and operational issues quickly and efficiently.

• Ensure a safe and organised working environment.

• Report progress and any points of attention to the Area Supervisor.
