Functieomschrijving
Customer Success & Account Management
- Build trusted relationships with your client contacts and become their day-to-day operational partner.
- Understand clients' content ecosystems, objectives and operational challenges.
- Lead onboarding, workflow implementation and continuous service improvements.
- Provide proactive recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify risks early and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Solution Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multilingual content solutions, including: Localization and translation, multimedia localization and subtitling, transcription and captioning, content adaptation and transcreation, AI-assisted language services, other multilingual content solutions
- Coordinate internal experts, external partners and technology platforms.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Explore and adopt AI and automation tools that improve delivery and customer experience.
- Work closely with technology, language and production teams to implement new solutions.

Vous aimez nouer des relations, résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et trouver des méthodes de travail plus intelligentes.
Vous êtes naturellement curieux(se) par la technologie et l'IA, à l'aise avec la gestion de multiples parties prenantes et capable d'équilibrer les attentes des clients et l'excellence opérationnelle.
Nous recherchons une personne possédant les qualifications suivantes :
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'environnements complexes de livraison, d'opérations ou de projets clients.
- Expérience professionnelle dans la localisation, le contenu multilingue, le contenu numérique, le SaaS, les médias, les opérations marketing ou un secteur connexe.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations clients et de gestion des parties prenantes.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de priorisation.
- Un état d'esprit proactif et axé sur les solutions.
- Curiosité pour l'IA, l'automatisation et l'amélioration des processus.
- La capacité à travailler au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires et à s'adapter à l'évolution des priorités.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant en français qu'en anglais (écrit et oral).
- La maîtrise d'une troisième langue est considérée comme un atout majeur.
