Functieomschrijving
Are you passionate about precision work and interested in working with modern machines?
We’re looking for a CNC lathe operator/miller for a leading technical company who’s eager to take on the challenge of machining parts with the utmost precision.
Work hours:
Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m. or 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
with a 0.5-hour break
Saturday: 7 a.m.–12 p.m. (on a voluntary basis)
What will you be doing?
- Programming and operating CNC lathes or milling machines
- Programming directly on the machine (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.)
- Working with steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel with tolerances down to 0.01 mm
- Performing quality checks using micrometers and measuring tools
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and translating them into machining programs
- Designing and drawing technical drawings on paper
- Producing single pieces or small batches
Profiel
Who are you?
- You have a degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- You have experience as a CNC lathe operator/miller or are a motivated recent graduate
- Experience with CAM (Hypermill) or CNC programming is a plus
- You can accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- You work with precision, independently, and are a true team player
- You speak Dutch, French, or English well
- You’re eager to learn, flexible with your hours, and have a hands-on attitude
