As Practice Lead Data & AI, you will be responsible for growing and shaping our Data & AI practice, increasing our market presence, and helping customers navigate their AI and data transformation journeys.

You will act as a Catalyst for growth by:

• Driving strategic customer engagements and complex Data & AI opportunities
• Building strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners
• Representing Inetum at events, round tables, and industry communities
• Helping create and position innovative Data & AI offerings
• Supporting the development of a strong and scalable Data & AI team
• Attracting, mentoring, and inspiring top talent
• Working closely with team leads, who will report into the practice structure
• Collaborating with Sales, delivery, and technology stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful engagements

You will play a crucial role in expanding our Data & AI footprint in Belgium and beyond.

Who are you?

You are a senior professional with a proven track record in Data & AI consulting, technology leadership, or digital transformation.
You combine technical depth with strong business acumen and natural leadership.

We are looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience in Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, and AI technologies
• Has a strong customer-facing background
• Is comfortable engaging with both technical leaders and executive stakeholders
• Is recognized as a thought leader inside and outside their organization
• Has experience speaking at events, customer forums, or industry communities
• Is highly collaborative and able to influence without formal authority
• Can inspire teams and create momentum in a fast-growing environment
• Is fluent in Dutch, French, and English
