From this site, they manufacture a wide range of maintenance, cleaning, and consumable products for workshops and garages.

To strengthen their team, they are looking for a Production Operator with technical insight who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility for an entire production line.

Your Challenge

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for correctly setting up, converting, starting, and operating the production line.

You will ensure that every product is manufactured and filled according to the required specifications.

Your Responsibilities

Production Line Changeovers

• Adjusting and converting the production line according to technical specifications.
• Changing packaging materials, caps, labels, and boxes.
• Setting up printing information on bottles, cans, and boxes.
• Selecting the correct production programs and parameters.
• Starting up the production line.

Filling and Production

• Interpreting and following technical specifications and work instructions.
• Checking materials at the production line.
• Replenishing labels, packaging materials, and other production supplies.
• Manually packing finished products into boxes.
• Performing quality checks on weight, dosage, and product finish.
• Adjusting and fine-tuning machine settings when necessary.
• Monitoring the supply and flow of liquids throughout the process.
• Connecting new tanks to the production system.
  
  

Technical Follow-Up

• Detecting malfunctions and assisting in resolving them together with the technician.
• Reporting accurately to the Production Manager.
• Ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
