Functieomschrijving
When our biscuits leave the oven, they deserve to be packed perfectly. That’s your mission.
Your role:
- You’ll operate and monitor our packaging machines.
- You’ll start up the machines, supply packaging materials, assist with product changes, and safely shut down the machines when needed.
- You’ll work in close collaboration with your team.
- You’ll check product quality and take immediate action when something goes wrong.
- You’ll follow hygiene and safety rules at all times.
Profiel
Your profile:
- You’re available to work in a 2-shift system: early (05:00 – 13:00) and late (13:00 – 21:00).
- You have a technical diploma (TSO/ASO or equivalent).
- You can work independently and organize your tasks effectively.
- You’re solution-oriented and respect agreements and schedules.
- You’re proactive and positive.
- You care about cleanliness, order, and safety.
- You like manual work and being active.
- You’re a team player.
- You can travel independently to our site in Lembeke.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
