For our clients across the public and private sectors, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen a team responsible for application evolution projects and the implementation of new ways of working linked to the gradual resumption of operational activities.

What you'll do

• You will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, ensuring clarity, structure, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Understand, analyze, and formalize business needs in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications
• Conduct detailed functional analyses in the context of application evolutions and continuous improvements
• Participate in refinement workshops, offer analysis, and contribute to the drafting of project deliverables
• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to capture specific needs and document them in structured analysis files
• Support testing activities and contribute to validation processes
