Functieomschrijving
- Coordinate project activities with global and local teams
- Manage task planning and scheduling (work plan, dependencies, resource alignment)
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, decisions, and status
- Organize and document key meetings (minutes, actions, follow-ups)
- Coordinate cutover planning and hypercare (if in scope)
Profiel
- Strong IT background with experience in deployment, infrastructure support or IT project delivery.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, hardware deployments, software installation and basic networking.
- Experience working in customer-facing and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch required.
- Mobile and willing to travel across Belgian sites when needed.
