Are you looking to start a new Full-Stack adventure in Belgium ASAP?
For my client in the financial Industry, I am looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer ASAP.
This is more than a hands-on development role. You'll play a key part in coaching an international development team, improving code quality, and helping deliver modern cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and OpenShift.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop responsive Angular front-end applications.
- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Deploy cloud-native applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Review code quality and promote secure coding best practices.
- Coach and mentor junior offshore developers remotely via Microsoft Teams.
- Support architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
Profiel
Your Profile
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Excellent knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
- Extensive experience with OpenShift and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Previous experience within Financial Services or Banking is a strong plus.
- A natural coach who enjoys mentoring developers and improving development quality.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
