For one of our clients, active in strong focus on sustainability and public impact, we are looking for an experienced Python Developer.
The objective of this project is to automate a range of processes based on the principle that data should only be entered once. The goal is to build a robust, scalable solution capable of efficiently managing a large network of sensors while ensuring data consistency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Expert Python Developer- Design, develop and maintain scalable Python applications and backend services.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Improve application performance, scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing solutions.
Profiel
Profile
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD or similar DevOps tooling.
- Understanding of software design principles, testing and clean architecture.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kafka or other event driven architectures.
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps and automation practices.
