Our client transforms animal by-products into high-quality raw materials used in renewable energy, pet food, and agricultural applications. By combining advanced technology with environmentally responsible production processes, the company contributes to a more sustainable and circular economy.
Operate and monitor automated production installations.
Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Perform basic first-line maintenance on production equipment.
Identify and report technical issues or malfunctions.
Follow quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
Keep the workplace clean and organized.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
Profiel
Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system.
Experience in a production environment is an asset but not essential.
Technical aptitude or a technical background is considered a plus.
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
Accurate, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to understand and communicate in Dutch to follow safety instructions and work procedures.
Comfortable working in a production environment where animal by-products are processed.
Able to work in warm conditions and not sensitive to strong odours.
