Role & responsibilities as Junior Controller

• Support monthly closings and reporting to deliver reliable financial information that management can confidently act upon

• Translate financial data into clear, actionable analyses that strengthen visibility on performance and business drivers

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, helping anticipate results rather than explaining them after the fact

• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to improve financial understanding across the organisation

• Help optimise reporting tools and processes, increasing efficiency and data quality over time

This role is designed to accelerate your transition from technical execution to genuine financial insight.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field

• 2 to 7 years of experience in audit, controlling or financial analysis

• Dutch is a plus

• Knowledge of SAP, BI tools or other technical finance skills is a plus
