As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work on a variety of initiatives, ranging from continuous product improvements to large-scale strategic projects. You'll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining modern web applications while helping shape intelligent conversational experiences powered by AI.
Working in a cross-functional Agile team, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Functional Analysts and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software that meets both technical and business objectives.
Role- Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Build intuitive and responsive frontend applications.
- Improve and expand existing codebases while maintaining high quality standards.
- Leverage AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to build smarter and more efficient solutions.
- Integrate applications with backend systems and third-party services.
- Contribute to cloud-native architectures using modern development practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve performance, maintainability and security of the applications.
Profiel
ProfileMust-have
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Software Developer.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Solid knowledge of Java (Spring is a strong advantage).
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Good understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Experience building cloud-native applications, microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience integrating APIs and backend systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Podman or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven development tools and agentic workflows.
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable and high-quality code.
