Our client is an international player in consumer goods, currently transitioning from distributor to brand owner with products developed in Belgium.

Jobomschrijving
The key responsibilities are:
- Develop and expand export markets outside Western Europe
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors and key accounts
- Drive sales growth and implement commercial strategies
- Negotiate contracts with retail chains, discounters and specialised stores
- Collaborate with agents across different regions
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product)
- Travel internationally (±50%)
Profiel
The profile that we are looking:
You combine a business development mindset with strong account management skills:
- Experience in FMCG / consumer goods
- Strong B2B sales background
- Proven experience in international sales and distribution
- Experience working with agents is a plus
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and results-driven
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Willing to travel frequently
- Comfortable in a dynamic, growing SME environment
