For an innovative and internationally active company in the event and exhibition stand construction industry, we are looking for a Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator. You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key priorities.

In this role, you will combine grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems.

Tasks

• Grinding and deburring aluminium profiles according to technical drawings
• Alternating between series production and custom-made work
• Laser processing of finished frames
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing quality checks checks (visually or using instruments such as calipers)
• Recording and tracking quality data using inspection sheets
• Processing production orders in an ERP system
• Performing first-line maintenance (equipment upkeep, replacing brushes, etc.)
• Flexibly assisting at other workstations when required
• Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers
