Functieomschrijving
For an innovative and internationally active company in the events and exhibition industry, we are looking for a Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator. You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.This role combines grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems.
- Grinding and deburring aluminum profiles based on technical drawings
- Alternating between serial production and custom work
- Operating laser equipment for finished frames
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Performing quality checks (visual and with measuring tools)
- Monitoring and recording quality via control sheets
- Processing production orders in an ERP system
- Carrying out basic maintenance on equipment
- Supporting other workstations when needed
- Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers
Profiel
- Experience in metalworking is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform measurements
- ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Organized and safety-conscious
- Basic Dutch and good English skills
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system
- Team player with a positive attitude
