Jobomschrijving
- Support and execute strategic M&A projects, from target identification through to post-acquisition integration.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling, business plan reviews, and investment assessments.
- Screen and evaluate acquisition opportunities across different markets and industries.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with advisors, consultants, investment banks, and financing partners.
- Support investment reporting and financing activities, including interactions with lending institutions.
- For the Senior role: contribute to deal sourcing initiatives and act as a project lead on selected transactions.
Profiel
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Investment Analyst: around 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Deals Advisory, or a similar environment.
- Senior Investment Analyst: around 7+ years of relevant experience with proven exposure to end-to-end M&A transactions.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of M&A processes, transaction structuring, and due diligence.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment. Dutch is considered a strong asset.
