A successful Assistant Store Manager should have
- 7+ years of retail experience with a strong track record in sales performance and team leadership.
- 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 8+ staff, with proven leadership results
- Strong business development and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize KPIs
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language
- Adaptable, self-motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
