Functieomschrijving
- You will oversee contractors performing mechanical works on site
- You ensure activities are carried out according to the approved designs and schedules
- You are responsible for purchasing materials and construction supplies required for the project
- You will assist in preparing technical designs, work plans and material requirements
- You will monitor project deadlines, follow up on progress and ensure contractors comply with specifications and quality standards
Profiel
- Your are fluent in English (Dutch, French or Turkisch is a strong plus)
- Experience in industrial construction projects is a major asset
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations is important
- You are able to coordinate and supervise contractors on-site
- You work accurately and keep track of deadlines
- You are flexible regarding working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary
