Jobomschrijving
As a successful International Business Developer - Medical Devices - Africa, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the West part and the central part of Africa
- Expand existing partnerships in the West part and the central part of Africa
- Build, maintain & strengthen strong relationships with distributors, healthcare institutions, and governmental stakeholders
- Lead and monitor commercial projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Technical and other internal teams.
- Execute regional growth strategies and support portfolio expansion in line with the African business objectives.
- Prepare territory budgets, monitor performance against targets, and provide accurate business reporting.
- Take full ownership of business results within the assigned territory.
Profiel
As a successful International Business Developer - Medical Devices - Africa, you will have the following profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Previous commercial experiences in Africa is mandatory
- Excellent command of English and French; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
