In this role, you will identify high-value AI opportunities, translate business needs into practical implementation plans, and support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
AI Innovation Specialist - What's the job about ?- Identify and prioritizeAI use cases through workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business needsinto practical AI and automation solutions with measurable impact.
- Coordinate and supportthe implementation and integration of AI initiatives across the organization.
- Promote AI adoptionthrough communication, training, and user support, with a focus on Agentic AI.
- Collaboratewith Security, Compliance, and international teams to ensure secure and compliant AI solutions.
- Drive AI maturityby contributing to capability building and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI Innovation Specialist - Who Are You ?
- Experience inAI,digital transformation, project management or process improvement, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding ofGenerative AI,Agentic AI, and their practical business applications.
- Knowledge ofAPIs, data flows, and system integration concepts.
- Experience supportingchange management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Good understanding ofsecurity, compliance, and governance considerations related to AI solutions.
- Fluent inDutchandEnglish; French is considered an advantage.
