Jobomschrijving
As a successful Animal Health Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Products - Veterinary channel, you will have the following responsibilities:
Business Development - Creation of new partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and evaluate new potential products for the portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis to identify unmet needs within the Belgian veterinary sector.
- Assess partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and negotiate exclusive distribution opportunities.
- Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Prepare and support product launches in collaboration with the sales team.
Field Sales Management
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Belgian market.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of 5 sales representatives covering Belgium.
- Maintain close contact with key stakeholders in the Belgian veterinary market.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and business performance.
Profiel
As a successful Animal Health Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Products - Veterinary channel, you will have the following profile:
- Veterinary degree or equivalent in-depth expertise and network within the veterinary industry.
- 10/15 years of experiences in the Animal Health industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian veterinary market and its key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a commercial, sales management, or business development role.
- Previous experience managing and coaching sales teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English.
