As a Payroll Officer Freelance your responsibilities are:
- Process and verify payroll information: hours worked, paid time off, bonuses
- Update and compile administrative documents in each employee's individual file
- Be the key stakeholder for payroll informations for all the company
- Keep abreast of developments in legal regulations, social policies, and tax policies.
Profiel
A successful Payroll Officer Freelance should have:
- 5 years of experience in payroll processing and management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations in Belgium.
- Perfect knowledge of eBlox
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members effectively.
