In 2026, they will open the most advanced and sustainable packaging glass factory in Europe in Lommel. Jobomschrijving
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a modern manufacturing environment as a Quality & Cold End (QCE) Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of finished glass products and supporting the final stages of the production process.
This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and interested in working with advanced production and inspection technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on finished products according to established standards.
- Conduct visual checks to identify defects, imperfections, or deviations from specifications.
- Operate and monitor automated inspection systems and measuring equipment.
- Investigate quality issues and assist in identifying root causes of defects.
- Set and adjust inspection equipment parameters when required.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with computers and digital systems.
- Good visual acuity and ability to identify product defects.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or production environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
