Our client is an international industrial group specializing in environmental technologies and air filtration solutions. They are looking for a Service Manager to coordinate, structure, and develop service activities across Belgium, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Jobomschrijving
- Plan and coordinate field service activities
- Optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
- Prepare technical interventions and inspections
- Support technicians with expertise and on-site visits
- Build strong relationships with existing customers
- Develop service contracts and identify upselling opportunities
- Lead and motivate a small technician team
- Ensure compliance with internal and group processes
Profiel
- Degree in electro-mechanics, electricity, or equivalent
- 10+ years in technical service
- Strong electrical and industrial knowledge
- Experience in coordination or team leadership (small team)
- Fluent Dutch & French, good English
- Hands-on, structured, customer-driven mindset
- Comfortable with digital tools and service data
