Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement necessary adaptations to processes and tooling to comply with new regulatory guidelines.
- Drive project execution across both business and IT departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies while balancing regulatory deadlines with business priorities.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader group implementation strategies.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap and concrete actions.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes on processes, systems, data, and governance structures.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience leading regulatory change or compliance-related initiatives.
- You possess strong project management expertise within the Insurance industry or Financial Services sector.
- You bring expert knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- You have a deep understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks.
- You're experienced in Executive Stakeholder Management and building consensus across various business domains.
- You possess strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
