This company is an international, multicultural support platform where our team ensures that customers' vehicles, whether cars or lorries, are back on the road quickly.
Do you speak Polish and English? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a diverse environment? If so, this job could be perfect for you
You handle phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries.
You collect and verify information for accuracy.
You provide technical support and coordinate with workshops.
You keep customers and involved parties updated.
You monitor agreements and resolve contract-related issues.
Profiel
You speak Polish and English fluently (knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus).
You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
You have technical knowledge in the automotive/tyre industry (preferred, but not required).
You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You pay attention to detail and can multitask under pressure.
