At Oliver James, we're looking for ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultants to grow our Belgian IT market.
This is not a traditional HR role. You will build your own market, develop new business, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.

The role

• Build and develop your own Belgian market
• Prospect and win new clients to build your portfolio
• Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Head-hunt, interview and advise IT professionals
• Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
• Negotiate with clients and candidates
• Own your targets, pipeline and results
• Become an expert in your market

Who are we looking for?

Experienced Recruiters who want more commercial ownership, earning potential and career progression.
Sales Professionals with a strong background in B2B Sales, business development or account management who want to build a career in recruitment.

In both cases, you are:

• Ambitious, competitive and commercially driven
• Comfortable with targets and prospecting
• A strong communicator and negotiator
• Fluent in French OR Dutch + English
• Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree

We care more about your ability to build relationships, win business and deliver results than your job title.
