Our client is a well-established Belgian engineering group with offices located in the Dilbeek area, offering a modern and easily accessible work environment. You will join a structured technical department within a stable and growing industrial organisation.
Jobomschrijving
- Coach and develop a team of 10 technical specialists
- Organise and oversee the daily planning of the technical office
- Provide technical advice to clients, project managers and internal teams
- Prepare and validate cost calculations and technical quotations
- Analyse technical drawings, specifications and client requirements
- Manage client communication regarding ongoing orders and changes
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Profiel
- Master's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a technical field
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a technical office environment
- Native Dutch speaker with good command of English and French
- Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Initial experience in team management or coaching is required
