Our client is a fast-growing international group active in security-related services. Present in many countries, it operates in an international environment where teams regularly collaborate with different European markets.

As part of the centralisation of its international activities, join the finance team in Zaventem. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment with clear growth opportunities in the medium term.

The finance team currently consists of 6 people, and you will be responsible for the Belgian and Dutch entities.

Role: AP/AR Accountant

As an AP/AR Accountant, you will join a finance team that is still being built up and will be responsible for the daily management of accounts payable and receivable operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer and supplier invoices and ensuring their accurate entry.
• Handling banking operations, maintaining the cash book, and performing reconciliations.
• Managing payments and ensuring they are processed on time.
• Preparing financial reports and carrying out monthly controls.
• Analysing variances and anomalies and responding to various accounting queries.
• Supporting audits, ensuring compliance with procedures, and contributing to process and system improvement projects.
