Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and the Android Jetpack ecosystem.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions with a focus on MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and implement monitoring through Firebase.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial analysis and development to final release and user guidance.
- Monitor mobile trends and contribute to the long-term evolution of the mobile architecture and UI/UX design.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless alignment between mobile apps and the broader application landscape.
Profiel
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Android SDK and Kotlin, including Coroutines and Flow.
- 5+ years of software architecture expertise using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection frameworks such as Koin.
- 5+ years working with Firebase services including Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Firestore.
- 3+ years of experience integrating REST APIs using Retrofit or OkHttp.
- Proficiency in modern UI development with Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of local data storage using Room.
- Possess a Master’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Proactive team player with a strong focus on knowledge sharing.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with the Ktor client.
- Willingness to learn SQL Server and ERP-specific backend environments.
- Interest in expanding skills toward iOS development with Swift or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
