As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will combine business development, consulting, and talent acquisition to deliver successful recruitment solutions.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients.
- Source, interview, and assess qualified candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide recruitment advice and market insights.
- Negotiate offers and support placements.
- Contribute to business growth through commercial activities.
Profiel
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in French & Dutch, French & English, or Dutch & English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and performance-driven environment.
