Our client is a recognised player in real estate advisory, specialising in supporting investors and corporates with strategic property transactions. Jobomschrijving
- Identify and originate new investment opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and manage a portfolio of investors and key stakeholders
- Develop financial models and investment cases for complex transactions
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and due diligence
- Advise clients on transaction structuring and investment strategies
- Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memoranda
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute deals end-to-end
- Contribute to the growth and positioning of the business unit
Profiel
- Relevant experience in finance, banking, real estate or investment advisory (3 to 8 years)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Commercial mindset with a track record of business development or deal-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven personality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Bilingual Dutch and French, English is an asset
