Jobomschrijving
- Assessing and analyzing credit applications
- Evaluating financial statements, cash flow, and overall creditworthiness of borrowers.
- Formulating recommendations and making credit decisions within delegated authorities.
- Monitoring and managing the existing credit portfolio, identifying potential risks early.
- Developing and enhancing credit risk models, frameworks, and policies.
- Collaborating with commercial teams to balance business growth and risk exposure.
- Implementing strategies to mitigate credit losses.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Reporting on risk exposure, trends, and key metrics to senior management.
Profiel
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in credit risk, credit analysis, or risk management within financial services or banking.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Sound knowledge of credit risk models and regulatory frameworks
- Strong decision-making skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, good level of English.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
