Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Model business processes and guide stakeholders through the redesign of their workflows.
- Challenge business requirements to define optimized to-be processes.
- Validate as-is and to-be processes to ensure broad organizational support and alignment.
- Harmonize business processes across various departments and international partner entities.
- Develop process modeling methodologies and coach other analysts on best practices.
- Support the business during post-implementation and create training materials for end-users.
Profiel
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a process analyst identifying as-is and to-be requirements.
- You possess strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
- You bring a Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable challenging stakeholders.
- You're an excellent communicator with the ability to build consensus and persuade others.
- You're able to work both independently and within a team with a customer-oriented approach.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of the second national language and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA), Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Professional experience within the electricity or energy sector.
