Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and policies while refining functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and execute integrated test campaigns including sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing across various environments.
- Manage database testing and API validation initiatives using advanced scripting and contract validation tools.
- Drive the test automation strategy by developing scalable frameworks and implementing CI/CD quality gates.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to manage the complete defect lifecycle.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Test Coordinator.
- You possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with Relational Databases including SQL Server, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and advanced scripting.
- You bring 5+ years of experience with API integrations including REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI.
- You have 3+ years of professional experience acting as a Product Owner.
- You possess experience with test automation using Playwright, Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
- You're well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies within the SDLC.
- You have experience using test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
- You possess a Master’s degree in Information Technology.
- You are proactive and capable of coordinating multiple vendors and solution providers.
- You are fluent in English with at least a B1 level of French or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Genesys Cloud platform validation and contact center customer journeys.
- Knowledge of telephony validation including SIP, WebRTC, and STUN/TURN/ICE.
- Familiarity with performance testing strategies involving Load, Stress, and Scalability testing.
- Experience with data workflows using XML, JSON, and event-driven systems.
