Our client, a leading manufacturer of roof and wall profiles, is looking for motivated Production Operators. Experience as an operator is a plus, but not essential. If you have strong technical insight, enjoy solving problems and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. We focus on your potential rather than your job title. Through a practical assessment, we'll identify the role that best matches your skills.
Your responsibilities:
Operate and set up production machines.
Monitor the production process.
Perform quality checks on finished products.
Resolve minor machine issues or report them when needed.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
Profiel
You have strong technical insight and logical thinking skills.
You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
You're motivated to learn a technical profession.
You have an excellent command of Dutch or English.
You're willing to complete a practical assessment to showcase your abilities.
You're available to work in a 2-shift system or a fixed night shift.
