Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to prioritize business needs.
- Analyze and streamline business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and API documentation using Swagger.
- Create and review sequence diagrams and BPMN models to validate system interactions and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with organizational goals.
- Support quality assurance processes by defining acceptance criteria and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
- You possess proven expertise with the Azure platform and cloud-native environments.
- You bring advanced skills in SQL, JSON, Cosmos DB, and data structure modeling.
- You're experienced in designing RESTful services and defining API specifications using Swagger.
- You have proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or sequence diagrams.
- You bring strong experience with Jira and Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
- You possess knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum or SAFe.
- You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering.
- You are fluent in English with C2 level in either French or Dutch and B1 level in the other.
Nice to Haves
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and frontend integration concepts.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or NUnit.
- Prior experience within the public transportation industry.
- Formal training or certification in functional analysis.
