Are you looking for a chance to start a career in logistics, but you have little or no experience? Do you have a less stable work history and want an employer who values motivation and potential over a perfect CV? Then this opportunity could be exactly what you are looking for! In this position, motivation, commitment, and a willingness to learn are more important than an impressive CV.
Your starting point: packaging
You'll begin as a packer within the logistics department. There, you'll be responsible for carefully packing products according to quality and safety standards. Important: this role is performed in a refrigerated environment (cold storage/chilled warehouse).
In short term: growth
Employees who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and strong performance can quickly progress to more advanced logistics roles following positive evaluations.
Possible next steps:
- Order picker: collecting and preparing customer orders
- Warehouse worker: loading and unloading trucks
Both these positions are performed in a deep-freeze environment of -22°C with an electrical pallet truck (EPT).
Profiel
We think motivation and a great attitude are more important than a perfect CV.
This position is perfect for you if you:
- Don't have any experience in logistics and want to take your first step into warehouse work
- Have a less stable work experience and want to prove yourself again
- Really want to learn and grow step by step
What we expect from you:
- A positive attitude with motivation, strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
- No fear of physical work in cold temperatures
- Own transport to the company in Oostkamp (no public transport nearby)
Do you already have some experience in logistics or with an electrical pallet truck (EPT)? Not a requirement, but still a great advantage!
