- Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients within your specialist market.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
- Advising clients on recruitment strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent market trends.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.
- Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and supporting them in their career development.
- Matching top talent with suitable opportunities.
- Negotiating offers and managing placements from start to finish.
- Achieving individual and team targets within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree holders.
- Passionate about people, business, and career development.
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Resilient and proactive, with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
