Jobomschrijving
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels
- Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and related projects
- Represent the company at career events, networking initiatives, and employer branding activities
Profiel
- You can demonstrate more than 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a dynamic or fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities and good knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms
- Familiarity with technical or specialized roles, or willingness to quickly build expertise
- Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset
