The company specializes in the production of mushroom substrate made from horse manure and chicken manure. No animals or mushrooms are present on site. The substrate is produced until the mushroom mycelium (spawn) has fully developed. It is then transported to mushroom farms, where the mushrooms are grown. Because of the raw materials used, odors may occasionally be present.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting with emptying the production tunnels (partly by machine and partly manually).
• Cleaning large production tunnels using a high-pressure cleaner.
• Assisting with filling the tunnels.
• Helping determine the correct amount of mushroom spawn to be added.
• Cleaning conveyor belts at height (no fear of heights required).
• Actively participating in the production process of mushroom substrate.
• Ensuring a clean, safe and efficient production environment.
