Our client is a well-established industrial company seeking an experienced professional to strengthen its maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of production activities.
Jobomschrijving
- Lead and support the maintenance team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance during complex maintenance incidents.
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance-related orders and small-scale improvement projects.
- Ensure the efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Act as a key point of contact for technical troubleshooting while maintaining production continuity.
Profiel
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or team lead role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Electromechanical engineering background
- Strong hands-on technical skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical issues and support operational teams effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with a good command of French.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
