Robert Half is currently recruiting a Real Estate Accountant (m/f/x) for a permanent role.
Our client is an international company based in the Brussels area, active in a dynamic asset-driven environment.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the daily follow-up of invoices and purchase orders related to insurance, maintenance, repairs and capital expenditures.
- Monitor these costs against budget and ensure accurate accounting allocations and postings.
- Support monthly closings, including accruals, prepaid expenses, capitalization and depreciation.
- Assist with reconciliations, fixed asset follow-up, reporting, audits and budget preparation.
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers regarding accounting and operational questions.
- Contribute to insurance claims follow-up, ESG reporting and process compliance.
Profiel
Your profile
- You have a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- You have a first relevant experience in accounting, ideally in real estate or a similar environment.
- You speak Dutch and/or French and have a very good knowledge of English.
- You work accurately, are well organized and feel comfortable in an international setting.
